This Gota Sagrada Necklace pays homage to menstrual blood, an internal process that helps us to be in intimate contact with ourselves.

We recommend wearing it during menstruation, as a reminder that our life needs another rhythm, process and perspective: to slow down, to open to feeling and self-care, to value the process that our body and mind are experiencing.

Physically, menstrual blood offers us the capacity to create life, symbolically, the wisdom of feeling and observation.

Garnet is a gemstone of glowing sexuality, it is all fire and light, and it connects deeply to our root chakras (like all the red stones) but also goes to work on our solar plexus and our hearts too.
