Delivery times
Our orders are shipped certified mail via Correos Spain with tracking number.
Domestic orders
Standard delivery (Spain) usually takes around 2-5 business days.
International orders
International deliveries usually arrive within 2 weeks of shipping date, however, exceptions may occur due to events out of our reach. If your order hasn't arrived after 3 weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.
Please note that bespoke custom orders may take 8-10 weeks to ship.
Our jewelry warranty
Our jewelry is made by hand with special attention to detail ensuring high quality and long product life.
However, if the product arrives with visible defects, please take photos and send them our way within 3 days of delivery. We will ensure the repair or issue a replacement covering shipping costs.
If your piece needs to be repaired from normal wear, do please get in touch with us and we will do our best to assist you.
All our gold-plated jewelry is finished with a 3 micron thick layer of 24K gold. With proper care, your piece can be treasured for years to come. If the plating naturally fades with wear, we offer a professional re-plating service to renew its golden glow.
Returns and exchanges
Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.
We accept the return of unworn and unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of order receipt, for exchange or store credit. Return postage of items will be covered by the customer.
Any made to order, custom pieces and sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned for exchange or credit.
